When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find information about your products, price, billing, and delivery address.
If there is an error in the order confirmation, please contact us directly by e-mail at info@govintage.se.


All prices in the store are stated in SEK.
We reserve the right to price changes caused by incorrect printing in the price list and errors in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.


When ordering from us you should be aware that the items are preloved. This means that signs of wear may and will occur. The majority of the pieces will be in very good condition however stains and rips could be seen on some pieces. In many cases, we think this adds character to the piece.

The pictures and descriptions of the products will of course be as accurate as possible to make you a happy customer. However, items may contain
minor defects which don’t appear in the pictures.


If you have any complaints about your order please fill in the form on our website or send an e-mail to info@govintage.se with a description of the issue. Your complaint should always be sent to us directly after discovering any potential defective. After you have sent us a message you should wait for our reply regarding your complaint. We always strive to make you happy and satisfied however we reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that there is nothing wrong with the products in our point of view.

If we are unable to correct the error or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. We handle return shipping for approved complaints.

Personal Information

When ordering from us you agree that we store and use your information in our business to complete and provide the service that you expect from us. Those services are for example the delivery and invoicing of your orders.. According to the Personal Data Act (Data Protection Act) you as a customer have the right to get the information we have stored on you and if you think it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer database. If so, contact our customer service (preferably by email).

We will only collect personal data that is relevant and necessary for our purposes. We value your integrity and will not misuse your private information. Neither will we transfer or sell any personal information.
