Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the last item in your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@govintage.se before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and which products the return concerns.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as used for the original transaction. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unclaimed packages are not considered a withdrawal. Please always contact us if you wish to cancel or return an order.
